Model KaKum National Park(Class Project)

The Kakum National Park is made up of mostly undisturbed virgin rainforest and is one of the famous national parks and tourists sites in Ghana. Students were tasked to select a tourist site in Ghana and redesign it, this was geared towards creating a more attractive tourist site and preserving its natural resources.
The Protype KaKum National Park has 20 Tree Top platforms, that reach the height of 40 meters above the forest floor, A Water fountain, A museum, Moonlight Cabins, kids Play Ground, Auditorium, a restaurant and a shop for souvenirs. The prototype was built with plywood, card board paper and cut out images.
